Enjoy this series of videos---5 without baby, and 1 with a baby, to support or jump-start your postpartum/early motherhood stretching habit. I also share my journey with body image in postpartum, and some tips and things I use to coach other mothers in loving and accepting exactly where they're at, even while gently supporting, strengthening, and creating a baseline for a strong postpartum. Our bodies have changed, grown and shifted SO much, and it's time to start with gentle (mindful) movement to bring awareness, space, strength and opening, as part of the postpartum healing journey.


There's no goal to get our bodies "BACK"--we love and appreciate all the ways that pregnancy and birth has changed them. HOWEVER, we do want to, and deserve to FEEL AMAZING and balanced every day, while caring for baby and ourselves in postpartum.

The stretching videos are all around 10 minutes long, which is all we need to reset ourselves during a baby nap, a moment of quiet, and to go about our day more aligned and balanced in every way.

These stretches are what I've been doing daily in my 4th postpartum, to bring space, healing and energy to my day, and setting up as a baseline for my best recovery.

These can be done safely for most mommas, starting after 4 weeks, they are low impact, but of course, your doctors' approval is very important.

I suggest that this program is best done in combination with the core specific exercises offered through Every Mother--to prevent and heal diastisis recti in postpartum.
