I’ve been there. All of this. 10 years ago I was hustling and fighting to prove my worth in a career that I loved but which wasn’t giving me the balance I longed for as a new mother, and I had horrible boundaries when it came to work, life and how much I could give without proper self-care. It all began to come crumbling down on me through burn-out, navigating a career change, and disorganized life leading me to constantly playing catch up, struggling to get through the week with low energy, and the weight of everyday "default" living keeping my head down and forgetting about having a long-term vision that fired me up with joy.
I felt stuck and I wanted to change so many things at once, but of course, I got overwhelmed the moment I started tackling it all. I didn’t know which habits or things to change first and I would get down on myself the minute my progress stalled in any area. Habits are powerful things, and our self-talk and mindset is the most powerful thing of all. Sometimes we need someone outside of it all (a coach) to help us disrupt the mental habits, give perspective and help re-wire our mindset, so we can open ourselves to new thoughts, opportunities and abundance.
As I began implementing aspects of this process outlined in the course, I was able to upgrade my life in small and important ways, and build deep self-confidence, flow, and step into greater purpose, vision and happiness each and every time I use it for life changes. We now are watching our vision boards become reality faster than we can keep up with, and are able to more clearly lean into the full vision of what we feel called to be--both individually, as a couple, and a family. I consider the process shared in the course a tool-kit of transformation, and I've tested it with so many coaching clients, with wonderful, long lasting results.

Your Instructor
Maddy left her full time finance career 7 years ago, and launched her coaching career, starting with her health coaching certificate, and expanding into business coaching, startup coaching, and into mindset and life transformation coaching. Her passion is to help folks activate their dreams, find new tools, new levels of courage and commitment within themselves, to bring their gifts to the world. She has coached hundreds of men and women to make lasting changes--in everything from their health to their finances, and everything in between.
This course was born out of her reflections on a tried-and-true method of moving past fear and resistance, and into new arenas, and understanding what it was that allowed some people to go beyond their wildest hopes, while others remained stuck, spinning circles and unable to make progress towards those life goals.
She lives in small town CT with her architect husband and 4 children. She loves a good outdoor fire on summer nights, her veggie gardens, running, yoga, travel, iced coffee all year round, and playing with her kids.
